The Labs program includes a number of carefully-selected, more "applied" Labs initiatives, collectively called Concepts Engineering

Concepts Engineering rapidly brings to maturity our innovative ideas for new business, and realizes them as fully-functional prototypes for critical evaluation within the real world, before mainstream development processes come into play.

With proven business case and valuable in-the-field experience, we are then able to move forward with great efficiency, confident of success.

The approach common to all our regular Labs projects is followed:

• Our focus is solely on core features and winning strategies.
• Our approach is minimalistic, more exclusive than inclusive.
• Our strong critique removes everything not absolutely necessary.
• Our decisions are based on expertise and experience, not consensus.
• Our methodology dictates a very small group of proven specialists.
• Our environment is essentially paperless to stimulate innovation.
• Our entrepreuneural style excludes rigid adherence to process.

We are especially interested in working with societies who are interested in the rapid development and evaluation of new, innovative products and services, and would certainly encourage them to discuss potential opportunities with us.
